Join us for the fourth annual Mellow Johnny’s Spring Classic Kick-Off Party Friday March 2 at 7pm, on the eve of the Mellow Johnny’s US Pro XCT race at Flat Creek Crossing Ranch. The free, and open to the public party held inside Mellow Johnny’s is a chance for racing fans to meet and listen to top pro mountain bike racers from around the world who’ll be kicking off their year trying to earn Olympic Selection.
The event is also a fundraiser for the Texas High School Mountain Bike League, who’ll be kicking off their inaugural season in 2012. The event will also serve as packet pickup from 7-8pm for amateurs and we’ll be serving free beer and soft drinks. At 7:30pm a moderated Q&A session will begin with the pro women taking the stage at inside Mellow Johnny’s to discuss their off-season, upcoming year and more. At 8:oopm the pro men will have a chance to do the same.
